Refund policy
Thank you for supporting our small business! We want you to love your skincare products as much as we love creating them. Because we're a small, growing brand, we have a limited refund policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or a full refund for any item that arrives damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
